SCMIRN explores a clearer path from complaint to guidance, office discovery, documents, and progress tracking.
Civic workflows, structured guidance and API boundaries
SCMIRN explores how someone might move from a civic complaint to guidance, office discovery, documents and progress tracking in one place.
Civic requests are difficult to start when the user must know the department, right process and tracking path in advance.
The prototype has React screens and FastAPI modules for complaints, documents and progress. Some screens still use mock data.
The prototype brings file, understand, find and track actions into the primary navigation.
AI Help and rights surfaces are framed as plain-language guidance, with urgent cases directed to official channels.
Local source and mock-backed UI paths are evidence of a working exploration, not production civic infrastructure.
The interface organizes a report into next steps, while API modules model accounts, complaints and tracking. Informational guidance stays separate from official authority.
Complaint, rights, office, map, documents and progress routes.
FastAPI issue, tracker, office, document and guidance endpoints.
Local models and seed data support the prototype workflow.
Structured and AI-assisted guidance is presented as informational.
Product screens, API modules and an agent test show parts of the flow. An end-to-end deployment has not been checked.
Prototype. It is not an official government service, and its guidance is not legal advice. Data provenance and integrations need further work.
