Document versions, evidence links and human review
Verity is a document review workspace. It keeps findings beside the exact document version, source text and uncertainty a reviewer needs to judge them.
A document-analysis result is hard to assess when the source text, document version, and uncertainty are separated from it.
The current build brings together versioned documents, provenance, citations, evidence graphs and a browser review screen.

The review surface can report insufficient evidence and an unavailable calibrated model instead of asserting authorship.
Writing suggestions currently use deterministic rules. Production model adoption remains gated on approval and evaluation.
